Russian President Vladimir Putin during conversation of heads of delegations of the States members of the Group of twenty G20 summit. 30 Nov 2018
BUENOS AIRES, Dec 1 — Cancellation of US President Donald trump meeting with Russian leader Vladimir Putin is not conducive to constructive development of relations, it was planned to discuss the current impasse in them, said the assistant to the Russian President in foreign policy Yuri Ushakov.
“It’s just regrettable because we had planned to hold a detailed conversation to discuss the issues of strategic stability, taking into account the plans of the Americans to withdraw from the INF Treaty. Want to discuss hot regional conflicts, including the Syrian settlement in the DPRK. All that is on the agenda. Wanted to discuss the impasse, which was created in the bilateral relations”, — said Ushakov
“(The cancellation of the meeting of Putin and trump) is not conducive to constructive development of relations. It’s just” — he added.
