MOSCOW, 8 Okt — Google has revealed the personal data of hundreds of thousands of users original Google+ social network because of problems in the operation of the software in 2015-2018, reported the newspaper the Wall Street Journal, citing sources and internal documents of the company.
“These users of the social network Google+ has been exposed to malfunction of the software (SW) between 2015 and March 2018,” — said the publication.
The company decided not to locate the problem after its detection because of fears that this will lead to the investigation from regulators and cause reputational damage.
