MOSCOW, 5 Nov — Iran is ready for diplomatic talks with the US if the US administration will change its approach to discussing the Joint comprehensive plan (FDP), said the Minister of foreign Affairs of Iran Mohammad Javad Zarif in an interview with USA Today.
The President of the United States Donald trump announced in may that Washington is out of agreement with Iran on its nuclear program. He also reported the return of all sanctions against Iran including secondary in relation to other countries doing business with Iran. Part of the sanctions Washington imposed on 7 August and 5 November, the U.S. Treasury made more than 700 individuals, organizations, aircraft and ships to Iran in the sanctions list, including 14 of the largest banks, thus excluding from sanctions on Iranian oil exports to eight countries.
According to Zarif, the Iranian government is ready to review diplomatic relations with the United States subject to the establishment of a “Foundation for productive dialogue” on the FDP.
