WASHINGTON, 19 Oct — Russian citizen Bogdan Osipov, who is accused of kidnapping his own children, unable to release in the US, when her children will arrive in the country, said her lawyer, Alexei Tarasov.
“The next step is to make sure that her children returned to the United States, and at this point there will be a hearing on remand, during which, you may be prompted to suspend (measure — ed.) and to release Ms. Osipova on bail,” — said Tarasov.
In July a judge ordered the beginning of the process on September 18, subsequently, as reported by Tarasov, this date was shifted to December 4.
