MOSCOW, Nov 8 — if Moscow will respond to sanctions of the United States, “according to the totality of the circumstances”, without any reference to the recent enlargement, said Russian Deputy foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov
“The potential, hypothetical response a separate issue. We will decide on the totality of the circumstances, any direct bindings to anything here. We by and large ignore similar kind of hostile manifestations,” – said Ryabkov.
The US imposed sanctions against three individuals and nine organizations in connection with the annexation of Crimea to Russia and the situation in the Donbas. Among the nine organizations that came under sanctions, — the sanatorium “AI-Petri”, “Dulber” and “Mishor” in Crimea and “South project” owned by Bank “Russia” Yuri Kovalchuk, which at the end of 2017 bought at auction 100% of the shares of the Crimean factory of sparkling wines “New world”.
