MOSCOW, 24 Nov — Russia will find adequate response to the US withdrawal from the Treaty on the elimination of intermediate-range and shorter-range (DRMD), if this output is still to be finalized, said the speaker of the Federation Council Valentina Matvienko.
“The US withdrawal from the Treaty opens the arms race. And although it (exit) may not happen at our initiative, we will be able to stand up for their interests. We will find an adequate response,” she told reporters.
