Iran’s President Hassan Rouhani.
MOSCOW, 4 Dec — US President Donald trump in the course of the year three times indirectly asked for negotiations with Iran, said the Iranian President Hassan Rouhani, noting that refused to meet with the American leader.
“Last year, the United States eight times directly asked for negotiations this year indirectly did it three times,” said Rouhani, whose words are on his official website. However, he noted that he had refused to negotiate, but did not specify on what issues the US has suggested meeting.
Rouhani’s words on the eight proposals of the United States coincide with the information announced in July this year, his chief of staff Mahmoud Vaezi. Then Vaezi announced that Rouhani trump has offered to meet and negotiate during the visit of Iranian President to attend the UN General Assembly in 2017.
