MOSCOW, 7 Nov — the Kremlin is waiting for the complications in relations between Moscow and Washington after the elections in the U.S. Congress, because the situation is severe enough; but it must be emphasized that, contrary to the phobias of the US Russia does not intervene in the foreign electoral processes, said the press Secretary of the President Dmitry Peskov.
“More complicate is unlikely to succeed, and so everything is quite difficult. Otherwise, in spite of the phobias that exist in the United States, Russia did not intervene, interfere or meddle in the electoral processes in any country of the world, including the United States,” — said Peskov told reporters.
On Tuesday, November 6, was held the mid-term elections in the U.S. Congress. According to the latest projections, the Republicans retained the majority in the U.S. Senate, securing at least 52 seats in the required 50, however, lost its majority in the house of representatives.
