MOSCOW, 5 December — NATO found the keys to the defense of Russia in the Crimea and Kaliningrad. This was stated by the head of the newly restored Second U.S. Navy Vice Admiral Andrew Lewis, writes Business Insider.
In particular, the American military was especially important given the tactics of the Russian troops, according to which Russia is constantly expanding its system to block access of foreign troops to the strategically important areas.
As previously stated the former commander of US Ground forces in Europe Ben Hodges, the potential of Russia in terms of blocking access to the strategically important points varies from region to region.
