The President of the United States, Donald trump told reporters.
WASHINGTON, Nov 9 — the human rights organization American civil liberties Union (ACLU) announced that it has filed a lawsuit against the administration of Donald trump demanding to cancel the decree of the President of the ban on granting asylum to illegal immigrants.
“We have just filed a lawsuit to challenge the new President’s ban on asylum. Neither the President nor his Cabinet are unable to invalidate the clear instructions of the law, although that is what they are trying to do. I’ll see him in court,” ACLU lawyers wrote in a Twitter organization.
The ACLU is a leading human rights organization in the United States, which regularly sues the authorities. In particular, our lawyers spoke in defence of Edward Snowden and Chelsea manning in the cases of information leak, against the laws on electronic surveillance and against immigration Executive orders trump.
