MOSCOW, Dec 2 — Personal belongings of the founder of Playboy magazine Hugh Hefner, including his personal copy of the first issue with Marilyn Monroe on the cover, was sold on Saturday at auction Julien’s Auction in the American city of Los Angeles.

The auction was held from 30 November to 1 December. The first issue of Playboy was sold for 31.2 thousand dollars. Also 162,5 thousand dollars was sold the typewriter the publisher.

“All proceeds from sales will go to Hugh Hefner in support of organizations that protect civil rights,” — said in Instagram auction.
