MOSCOW, 11 Oct — Amazon refused to neural networks for searching and hiring staff, “catch” system of discrimination against women, reports Reuters.
Artificial intelligence was supposed to perform summary hired employees for 10 years and on the basis of the obtained data to select the best candidates for the position. However, experts noticed that the neural network gave the advantage to bidders-men.
The company suggested that the system itself concluded that the “preference” of male staff as among analyzed its earlier summary women was less.
